These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the wy2 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit complaints through wy2's internal complaints procedure. wy2 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 30 business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection division.
wy2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, wy2 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
